In order to receive confirmation, payment must be received by deadline date. If payment is not received by deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at the next deadline price.

If you do not receive confirmation within 7 business days, after your completed form and payment are submitted, please call the customer service lines. To qualify for the early registration fee of Rs.1,500.00, your payment must be received before October 25th , 2008 Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by November 1st, 2008.
