2. Registration Payment Terms and Conditions: For all Early Bird registrations, payment must be received by June 30, 2009.For all other registrations, payment must be received prior to the event.
3. Payment Linked Confirmation: Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Organizers reserve the complete rights to refuse unpaid attendees at the venue. Please note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.
4. Payment Modes: We accept four types of fee payment: cheque, demand drafts, wire transfer to bank, and credit card payments. DD / Cheques to be made in favor of “

5. Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Registration cancellation for the summit will not be accepted by telephone. Please e-mail your cancellation notice to
rsc2009@wizcraftworld.com . Cancellations for the Conference: If you have to cancel your registration you may do so with full refund less 20% service charge up to 1st August 2009. Cancellations received after this date will not be liable for a refund.
6. Registration Substitution Policy: All substitution requests must be received by email by, August 5th 2009. Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration substitutions are permitted only between employees from the same company.
7. Bulk corporate booking Rules : (1) All group registrants must be employed by the same company. (2) Payment for the group registration should be made on a single invoice.
